Mandate Description
Written description of the investment mandate, portfolio objectives, allocation constraints, and risk tolerance applicable to the deployment context.
Capital Source Confirmation
Confirmation of the source of capital intended for deployment, including entity structure, AUM, and any applicable compliance certifications.
Risk Acknowledgement
Signed acknowledgement that trading in financial instruments involves material risk, past performance is not indicative of future results, and capital is at risk.
Deployment Jurisdiction
Confirmation of the jurisdiction of deployment and applicable regulatory framework, including confirmation that MSIIA systems are permitted in that jurisdiction.
Contact Verification
Verification of institutional email address and, where applicable, confirmation of role and seniority within the applying entity to confirm eligibility of the applicant.
